Cookie Policy

2026-10-15 | Version 2026.10.15

This Policy covers cookies, browser storage and optional tracking on roxensoft.com. Essential functions and optional analytics or marketing have different purposes. You can use the site without enabling optional tracking.

Necessary preferences

The language preference may use NEXT_LOCALE, normally for up to one year. The browser's roxensoft.cookie-preferences record keeps your tracking choice, version and timestamp for 180 days. These preferences support your chosen interface and consent settings. Their use does not authorise advertising.

Other technically necessary session, security or infrastructure storage may be used where required to deliver a requested function. Product and third party payment pages may have their own notices and necessary storage.

Optional analytics and marketing

Google Tag Manager is a container that can load configured tags. In this frontend it loads only after both analytics and marketing have been enabled, so a mixed-purpose container is not loaded under a single-category choice. Meta Pixel loads only with marketing enabled. No optional tracking scripts or tracking noscript images are loaded merely on the first visit.

Enabled vendor tools may process pages viewed, events, device or browser information, IP address and identifiers, and may set cookies such as Google analytics identifiers or Meta's _fbp or _fbc depending on configuration. Exact vendor cookies and durations depend on the active container and vendor settings; no universal inventory or duration is implied by this notice.

Choosing and withdrawing

The preference panel offers equally accessible Accept all, Reject optional and Save choices controls, with separate analytics and marketing choices. Optional choices start off. Silence, scrolling and continued browsing are not acceptance.

Open Cookie settings from the footer to change choices at any time. Withdrawal stops future optional loading and clears accessible relevant first party tracking cookies; the page reloads where needed to stop already loaded scripts. We cannot erase third party browser storage we do not control or undo lawful processing before withdrawal. Your browser and provider controls can further limit existing vendor data.
