HostAxe End User Licence Agreement
Version 2026.11.01 ยท Effective 1 November 2026
1. Agreement and operator
This EULA governs HostAxe Terminal. The supplier is Pavlov Yevhenii Andriiovych, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, trading as Roxensoft, taxpayer number 3704911519. Contact: rox.techlead@gmail.com. Full operator details are at https://roxensoft.com/en/legal-information. The purchase confirmation identifies the actual seller, including any merchant of record. Mandatory consumer rights and more favourable terms already purchased remain applicable. Before first use, affirmatively accept this agreement and acknowledge the HostAxe Privacy Supplement. Declining prevents use without waiving statutory withdrawal or refund rights. You must have capacity and authority to accept for yourself or your organisation.
2. Licence, devices and purchased duration
You receive a non-exclusive right to use the purchased edition for lawful personal or business purposes within the device allowance and duration shown in your order. Ownership of the application, brand and source code is not transferred. Open source components retain their own licences. An activation is bound to its installation identity and operating-system account. Use the release procedure to transfer a seat, or contact support when a device is lost. Copying a cache does not create another seat. Do not resell or disclose activation keys except under an expressly permitted transfer. A subscription remains valid until its signed paid-through expiry. Renewal price, frequency and any automatic renewal require a separate checkout agreement; this EULA alone does not authorise recurring payments. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves the prepaid term. A lifetime licence has no scheduled local expiry for the purchased edition. Its continued local validity is not conditional on an always-available licensing server or continued operation of Roxensoft. Lifetime does not promise every future major edition, hosted service or indefinite support unless the order expressly includes them.
3. Offline verification and recovery
Initial activation and device changes require the licensing service. Active entitlements are cryptographically verified locally: a purchased subscription works offline until its signed expiry and a lifetime entitlement has no scheduled expiry. Trial access may need periodic verification. Infrastructure or connection failure alone does not revoke an acquired licence. Confirmed signed revocation, expiry, tampering, an invalid clock or an unavailable OS key store can restrict access. Preserve purchase evidence and encrypted application backups. Ordinary protected backups remain bound to the original account and key store unless an explicit portable export is used. Support can investigate lost devices and restore rights from protected authoritative records and verified purchase evidence. A copied old entitlement alone cannot prove that a licence was never later revoked or transferred. Recovery cannot be guaranteed if all identity keys, authoritative records, backups and purchase evidence are lost. An outage does not permit bypassing the purchased device limit.
4. SSH, automation and authorised access
Obtain permission before accessing any system. Verify SSH host fingerprints, review commands and scenarios, keep recoverable backups and use minimum necessary privileges. SSH sessions and automation may alter or delete local or remote data; cancellation cannot undo commands already executed. You remain responsible for the systems, credentials and scripts you select. Do not use HostAxe for unauthorised access, malware, abuse, unlawful interception or infringement. Do not circumvent licensing or protective checks. Mandatory rights to interoperability, lawful security research and reverse engineering are preserved. HostAxe cannot guarantee the safety of third-party servers, copied commands or shell integrations.
5. Updates, changes and termination
Use authenticated official updates and supported versions. A signed security update policy can require an update without shortening an acquired licence. Material changes to this agreement require new affirmative acceptance when received by the application; editorial versions are recorded separately. An offline installation cannot receive an unseen change until it reconnects. Revised terms do not retrospectively remove acquired lifetime or prepaid rights. Rights may be suspended for substantiated material breach or fraud, with notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy where appropriate. Infrastructure unavailability is distinct from legally valid termination. You may stop use and uninstall at any time; statutory remedies remain available.
6. Responsibility and mandatory rights
The application is supplied with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, perfect security or compatibility with every host. Maintain backups and review consequential operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for unforeseeable indirect losses; ordinary contractual liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected licence during the preceding twelve months or, for a lifetime purchase, its purchase price. This limit does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, non-excludable gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, mandatory data-protection liability, statutory conformity remedies or other non-excludable rights. Ukrainian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections of the habitual residence and access to competent courts. No exclusive foreign consumer forum or mandatory arbitration is imposed. Contact the actual seller to seek resolution; general refund and withdrawal information is available in the Roxensoft legal section.
